Prith graduated initailly Communication Studies, and abegan working in the voluntray sector before moving to local governbement where she studied for an MBA at Newport University.
“After studying creativity and innovation in the final two years of my MBA I became fascinated by it. Why weren’t more people using these techniques in their day to day work?”
It was this fascination and interest that motivated Prith to move into training and consultancy.
"I found that people talked a lot about creativity and innovation but seemed to expect it to happen. Whilst some people might be naturally creative, others might not be. That's where I come in."
Prith designs all workshops and courses which are tailored to suit each particular organisation.
"The workshops focus on current challenges (problems) that people are working on so by the end of a session people often walk away with a rolled up peice of flip chart paper full of possible solutions. It's great!"
